What type of housing is available at Grand35?
Our rental community invites adults 55+ to experience a maintenance-free lifestyle without the burden of homeownership.
Can people under the of 55 live at Grand35?
We are a 55+ community. To qualify for the “55 or older” housing exemption, at least 80% of our occupied units must have at least one occupant who is 55 or older. Please refer to the onsite Leasing Office for the full policy.
What utilities am I responsible for?
At Grand35, the resident is responsible to pay all utilities.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Grand35 is a pet-friendly community! We allow 2 pets max with a 50lb weight limit. We have a pet spa and plenty of outdoor space and trails.
Are there pet fees?
Yes. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit, a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and monthly pet rent of $40 per pet.
How do I access the building and my home?
You will be provided a key fob to access all community entrances, amenities, and your home.
Are there elevators?
Yes, Grand35 has two elevators for your convenience.
How much is parking?
Parking is free in our surface parking lot. A space in the heated underground garage is $70/month. A limited number of extra garage spaces may be available to rent.
Are there electric charging stations?
Yes, we have a limited number of EV charging stations in the garage. Please ask our team about availability and options.

Are storage units available?
Yes, we have 90 wire mesh storage lockers (3’ x 3’ x 8.5’) available for $40/month.
What kind of appliances are in the suite?
Each kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and electric range. Each suite also has an individual washer and dryer.
What are the countertops and cabinets?
Countertops are granite throughout the suite. The cabinets are a modern Coffee color finish.
What is the ceiling height?
All suites feature high 9’ ceilings.
What are the balcony/terrace details?
All balconies are 5’ x 10’ and include one outside electrical outlet.
Can I have a grill on my balcony?
Grills are not permitted on personal balconies for safety. You are welcome to use the community grills located on the 4th floor Sky Deck.
What is in the Fitness Center?
Our Fitness Center has cardio equipment (Treadmills, Elliptical, Recumbent Cross Trainer, Recumbent Bike, Rower), free weights, weight machines (5-weight stack cable crossover, Functional Trainer), a PowerPlate My5, and a yoga area.
